Next Steps to supports Delaware’s Creative Economy
Thank you for taking time to get involved with the Delaware Arts Alliance and participate in our collective advocacy efforts, following the Delaware Arts Summit, hosted by the Delaware Division of the Arts on October 27, 2025.
1) Complete the Arts Pathway Survey
The Delaware Arts Alliance, alongside the Delaware Department of Education and Delaware Department of Labor are working together to solicit feedback from Creative Economy Stakeholders. The goal is to learn about arts education and employment/hiring practices in Delaware’s Creative Economy to inform reporting and implementation required by Senate Concurrent Resolution 109.
Deadline for responses is Nov. 30.

2) Thank Your Legislators!
- Thank Your Legislators for Supporting the Arts: Celebrate a successful Legislative Session by thanking your legislators for their efforts.
- Thank your Legislators for Supporting Grant Programs from the Delaware Division of the Arts: Are you a DDOA grant recipient? Personalize your thank-you by acknowledging your legislators continued support of the arts.
3) Become a DAA Member
Support our collective advocacy efforts and get access to special benefits, such as connections with key public officials, civic engagement training, advocacy planning, and more at delawareartsalliance.org/membership/
4) Save the Date: Arts & Culture Caucus
The next Arts & Culture Caucus will take place March 19 at Legislative Hall in Dover. The theme will be “March for the Arts in Education.” Read more about the caucus and last year’s convenings here.
